The Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) provides thought leadership on critical diversity issues, and best practices, programs, and policies to improve gender balance and diversity overall. Organizations work with us in order to foster an inclusive workplace that values and leverages diversity.
Our corporate partners engage the CWB to develop a deep understanding of the critical issues limiting progress and gain insight on the strategies to ignite change. They take part in workshops, panel discussions, conferences and custom in-house workshops targeting women’s advancement and workplace diversity.
