Office Hours
Spring and fall semesters: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are open until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday for the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters.
Summer hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday (begins May 23). Although the university is closed on Fridays during the summer, we have a limited number of staff available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you need to meet with a financial assistance counselor, we have walk-in service available during our regular business hours. Walk-in service is for discussions that will last 10 minutes or less. If you need more than 10 minutes, please call the office at 781.891.3441 to schedule an appointment so that we can ensure adequate time and attention for your questions. Please share some details about your situation so that the counselor can complete as much research as possible before your appointment. If you are unable to visit our office, we can easily schedule a telephone appointment.
