Due to licensing laws, students MUST be in Massachusetts at the time of the appointment. If you are already meeting with a Counseling Center provider and need to reschedule your appointment, please call the front desk. Also, please be aware that there is more availability than what is accessible through the online scheduler. Please call the Counseling Center should you want to discuss other appointment options.

Students can schedule a remote (attend using secure video chat) or in-person (Callahan Building, 2nd floor) appointment. If you schedule a remote appointment, you can call to reserve a room in the Counseling Center in which to conduct that appointment if you otherwise do not have access to private space.

For students in crisis, we also offer mental health support outside of regular business hours. Should you need to connect with one of our after-hours clinicians, please call our main number and follow the prompts.

BetterMynd Appointments:

Students can now self-schedule with BetterMynd to begin 1-on-1 individual weekly teletherapy with a clinician of their choice. These 50-minute live video sessions are private and confidential and can take place from the convenience of your laptop, smartphone, or tablet. Teletherapy sessions are available during the day, at night, and on weekends, so you can get support whenever it's best for you.
