Your Career Starts Today

At Bentley, career development starts the day you step on campus

Undergraduate Career Development

It’s our job to put you to work.

Our nationally recognized HIRE Education program sets a foundation for lifelong career development. We follow a four-step approach to help you find career options that align with your strengths, skills, interests and abilities. Then, we map a personalized career path to academic programs, internship opportunities and skill-building experiences.

As an undergraduate student, you work one-on-one with a trained career coach to brainstorm and make informed decisions about your future. They connect you to important internship opportunities to build your experience and your professional network—before you graduate.  Our career coaches also lead 100+ programs, panels, workshops and information sessions each year to help you land a job and launch your career.

Get Started

The CDI courses I have taken at Bentley truly prepared me for the application process; everything I learned, such as how to build a resume, write a cover letter, and interview successfully, benefited me greatly as a candidate. Thank you so much for all of your help along the way.
