Who should attend the conference?
The Bentley Alumni Conference is for Bentley undergraduate and graduate alumni at any point in their career.
What are the registration fees?
We offer early bird pricing until Monday, April 8, along with a discounted rate for Falcons of the Last Decade (undergraduate alumni who graduated in 2014 to 2023).
Until April 8:
- $150 for FOLD alumni
- $200
After April 8:
- $200 for FOLD alumni
- $250
What is included in the registration fee?
By registering for the conference, you will have access to 33 sessions including three keynotes, two upskilling workshops, complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks each day, receptions on both Thursday and Friday evenings, and industry-based networking opportunities throughout the duration of the conference.
I can’t attend in person; will any of the sessions be virtual?
The conference will be fully in-person this year.
Where can I find the locations for specific sessions?
Each session and event will be assigned a room closer to the date of the conference. You will be able to see the full program with locations on the conference app, which will be shared closer to the conference.
Who else is coming?
Take a look at other alumni who have signed up.
I can no longer attend. Is my registration refundable?
Conference registration fees will be refundable until Sunday, May 5, or may be gifted to the university.
Can I make changes to my schedule after I have registered?
You will be able to build and change your schedule on the conference app, which will be shared with conference attendees closer to the date.
Will parking be available?
Yes, parking will be available in the following lots: L1, L2, L3, and L6. Take a look at our campus map.
Will shuttles to campus be available from the hotels?
Yes, complimentary shuttles will be available.
Where do I go once I’ve arrived on campus?
Check-in for the conference will be held in the LaCava Center, 175 Forest Street, Waltham, MA 02452.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, you can indicate any dietary restrictions in your registration form.
