Welcome to CLIC! I am Alessia Dalsant, professor of Spanish and Italian language and culture, and director of the Center for Languages and International Collaboration. I have been a college professor since 2005, and I taught in a number of different institutions in the US. I am interested in Second Language Acquisition and the use of technology such as VR and AR to enhance language learning. At CLIC, I am eager to create a multicultural environment where cross-cultural interactions can flourish so that students can develop cultural and linguistic competencies.

¡Hola! My name is Sofia Flores, and I am a Spanish Language Partner at CLIC. I was born and raised in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and am planning to major in Corporate Finance & Accounting with a double major in Computer Information Systems. Spanish is my native language, but I am also fluent in English and beginner in German. I am passionate about art, writing, and traveling. Every year, my family and I always visit new countries and immerse ourselves in different cultures. Spanish is a beautiful language, and I look forward to meeting new people and helping them improve it!

Hola! My name is Stephania Cavanzo. I was raised in Bogota, Colombia, and am a native Spanish speaker. I am a Spanish Language Partner at CLIC! I am majoring in Corporate Finance and Accounting, but also passionate about learning languages. My passion is traveling, and I have visited almost every continent! I also speak French and have lived in France and Canada. I look forward to working with you and helping you with your Spanish skills.

My name is Luca Favaron, and I am an Italian Language partner here at CLIC. I am from Venice (Italy) where I have lived my whole life. My native languages are Italian and English, since I have an Italian-American dual citizenship. My favorite hobbies are soccer -- I have been playing it for over 15 years -- and traveling. So far in my traveling experience, I have visited thirty-three different countries, the latest one being the Seychelles Islands! What I enjoy the most is learning about new cultures and their languages. Here at Bentley, I am a Finance major and a Sports Management minor. I look forward to meeting you guys and helping you learn the wonderful Italian language, so please feel free to reach out. A presto!

Hi everyone! My name is Zoe Grondin, and I will be working with MLFR 101 students this semester! I am from a small town in northern NH, and I love to snowmobile and water ski! Here at Bentley, I am double majoring in Finance as well as Language, Culture, and Business with a concentration in French. I have been studying the French language for several years and have had the opportunity to practice the language in Montreal and Paris! On campus, I am involved in CAB, Student Honors Council, as well as Pep & Jazz Band. I am looking forward to a great semester helping you improve your French!

Hi! My name is Isabelle Han and I will be a Chinese Language Partner at CLIC. I was born in Chongqing China, and I grew up in Toronto, Canada. I am planning to major in Finance. I am passionate about learning about new cultures and new languages. I speak English, Chinese, Cantonese, Latin, and Sichuanese dialects, and I am currently learning French. I love art, reading, and horseback riding. And let's not forget my love for trying out new food – count me in for any foodie adventures!

I am so excited to be helping out with Chinese language skills and introducing Chinese culture to you all! Looking forward to our journey together!

I speak both Chinese and English fluently and have always been fascinated by the diverse cultures of the world, especially when it comes to food and makeup traditions. I love exploring different cuisines and beauty styles, finding joy in the little details that make each culture unique. I can't wait to help students enhance their language skills while sharing my enthusiasm for global cultures and creating an inspiring, welcoming learning environment!

Ciao! My name is Martina Lucianetti, and I am an Italian Language Partner at CLIC. My family is from Italy, but I was born in California, and I spent a significant portion of my upbringing in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic. I am fluent in both English and Italian. My passions lie in crocheting and travelling as I love immersing myself in the cultures which I visit.

I am planning on majoring in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science. I am thrilled about helping students to further improve their Italian, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. A dopo!

Hi! My name is Houria Nasrine Mansour and I am from Senegal, in West Africa.

I am a student candidate for 2025 at Bentley University, majoring in Actuarial Science and Data Analytics.

I am really involved on my campus, being the Vice President of the African Student Association, as well as the Treasurer for our Muslim Student Association and our National Association of Black Accountants. Additionally, I am a Resident Assistant and a French Tutor.

I enjoy taking pictures of the sky, biking, cooking, passing time with my friends, and being able to have a great impact on my community!

A fun fact about me is that I fluently speak three languages, French, English, and Wolof, which is a dialect in Senegal. I also know how to read in Arabic.

Hello! My name is Renaldy Previlon, and I will be a French Language Partner at CLIC. I am from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, but I was born in Boston, Massachusetts. My native languages are Haitian Creole and French, but I’m also fluent in English as I’ve been learning since I was four years old. I am majoring in Economics-Finance at Bentley with a minor in French. I love learning new languages; that’s why I’m currently practicing Spanish with a few of my friends in college. I enjoy discovering new cultures and meeting people from all around the world. I am also a soccer enthusiast and I believe that Lionel Messi is the best player in the world. I look forward to meeting new students and helping them practice their French skills!

I am a junior currently pursuing an Eco-Fi major and 2 minors, one in supply chain management and the other one in Human Resources Management. I am from Guayaquil, Ecuador meaning that my native language is Spanish but I’ve spoken English my entire life.

I am a native Spanish speaker but have known English my whole life. Academically, I am an Economics-Finance major. On Campus, I am also part of the Service-Learning Center, where I help 4th graders with their reading and writing skills. I look forward to helping others improve and practice their Spanish skills!

I'm from La Paz, Bolivia the highest capital city in the world. I speak both English and Spanish since I have been in an English-speaking school for my entire life. I love to play both soccer and tennis and love to watch both as well.
