Strategic Initiatives

At Bentley our vision is to achieve inclusive excellence by creating a diverse and equitable community that allows everyone, irrespective of their identity, to thrive in their learning and development. In support of that commitment, the university has developed goals and programs to transform the culture of Bentley into one that fully embraces and celebrates our differences. Drawing from the work of the Racial Justice Task Force, Bentley has launched several projects designed to build equitable foundations at Bentley, including launching the new Inclusive Excellence Council and completing the first Bentley Equity Experience study. Below you will find brief overviews of and links to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice initiatives at Bentley.
