Brave dialogues are a method for engaging in uncomfortable feedback conversation around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. It is often related to working inclusively and equitably across differences with the goal of shared learning and is one practice leaders can embrace to reduce anxiety and foster togetherness in their organizations.
