Meet the Graduate Admission Team

Gordon Berridge joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in October 2013. He has close to 20 years of higher education admission experience. His previous positions included roles such as Director of Admission and Director of Recruitment at several higher educational institutions around the New England region. Gordon is an alumni of Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business, earning his M.B.A. with a concentration in leadership.  He also holds a B.S. in Communication from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire. 

Meili joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley in March 2019. Prior to joining Bentley's Grad Admission team, she worked in international students admission operations for five years. She is originally from China and came to the US in 2009 as an international student, and received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northeastern University in Boston of Massachusetts. She earned her Bentley MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics in December 2023. She speaks English, Chinese, and Korean. 

Sean Connolly joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in May 2022. Sean has seven years of experience working in higher education, working for Fisher College and Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Prior to entering the higher education field, Sean worked in retail management. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and his MBA from Rivier University.

Michelle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley in October 2021. She is originally from Beijing, China. She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master’s degree from Duke University. Prior to joining Bentley, she had worked in undergraduate admissions for five years, deeply involved in student recruitment and the development of partnership programs.

Kyle joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. Prior to joining Bentley, he had worked for a tech-based startup assisting in marketing outreach, as well as internal policy and culture development centered around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Kyle is an alumni of Bentley University’s undergraduate program, earning his B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a Liberal Studies Major in Global Perspectives. 

Shawn joined the Graduate Admissions team at Bentley University in April 2022. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College with a concentration in Marketing. While at Stonehill, Shawn was involved in multiple groups and organizations on campus including the event planning committee, as well as being an orientation leader in the Summer. Before joining Bentley, he had worked as an insurance agent. 

Jainy Shah joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in May 2023. Prior to assuming this position, she has accumulated valuable experience as a Graduate Admissions Officer at Bentley. She has seven years of sales and customer service expertise in the hospitality industry catering a diverse clientele. Additionally, she owned a small business for three years, selling Indian fashion jewelry and home décor. This endeavor strengthened her skills in data management, inventory management and marketing. Jainy has successfully organized numerous events and managed booths at various cultural events in Massachusetts. Jainy holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in Computer Applications from a prestigious university in India. Currently, she is pursuing a part-time MBA program at Bentley University, focusing on leadership and management. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.

Diana Sunder joined the Graduate Admission team at Bentley University in July of 2024. Prior to this she had been working as an experienced recruiter and admission officer in Undergraduate Admission at Bentley University since 2019. She graduated from Colby College in 2013 with a degree in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing and then from Boston College in 2017 with a Masters in English Literature. She is an Off-Broadway playwright and taught a writing class at Boston College.

​​​​​​Joshua joined the Graduate Admissions Team at Bentley University in December 2022. Prior to working at Bentley Joshua worked as a social media manager, a customer service specialist, and a General Manager at a fast-casual restaurant. Joshua earned his B.A. in Interactive Media Development from Becker College, and his M.S. in Project Management from Boston University. Joshua spent his time in Undergrad as a Resident Assistant, Lead Admissions Ambassador, and Orientation Leader.
