Ninety-nine percent of Bentley University’s undergraduate Class of 2024 graduates are employed, attending or planning to attend graduate school, according to data reported six months after their graduation. Graduates also report an impressive $72,000 median starting salary.
Bentley graduates consistently have successful outcomes — for more than 20 years, 97–99% have been employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months. The Pulsifer Career Development Center has been ranked #1 in the country by Princeton Review for the last two years and has been among the top five for Best Career Services since 2014.

More than 95% of students connect with the Pulsifer Career Development Center during their first year on campus when they take a Career Design Seminar and start to identify their personal strengths and talents and learn how these things can impact their careers. They also create the career tools they will need, including a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and elevator pitch. Bentley also offers career-design seminars developed for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
