Noga was awarded a Professor in Residence with KPMG, a global professional services firm, and is spending her fall sabbatical working in the Chicago office. KPMG established the Professor Residency program to strengthen ties with the community of schools in which the firm recruits. As a Professor in Residence, Noga will have the opportunity to improve her technical skills and gain up-to-date experience in a profession that has always has been changing, but even more so in the current economic climate.

Working closely with upper-level KPMG personnel, Noga will be able to increase her understanding of the KPMG workplace and the demands her students will face after graduation. Noga, who is in charge of developing the tax curriculum at Bentley, will return in January and share with the faculty her experiences and the needs that must be addressed in the classroom.

“This is an exciting opportunity for me to update the curriculum to address the most current and pressing issues of the profession, as well as introduce the latest technology in the classroom,” said Noga.
