Bentley and its media partner, Bloomberg Radio, broadcast its latest segment in an ongoing series during “The Bloomberg Advantage” program on Thursday, June 11. Hosted by Bentley President Gloria Larson and Bloomberg’s Carol Massar and Vonnie Quinn, this segment discussed how companies can recruit millennials and new career trends.
This year, millennials officially became the largest generation in the U.S. labor workforce. Companies everywhere are evaluating hiring procedures and updating policies in order to recruit and retain members of this generation.
During this segment, the guests discussed trends companies are seeing from the inside, labor analysts are seeing from the outside, and colleges and universities are seeing at career onset.
