The Corporate Challenge is a ground-breaking initiative by Bentley’s Center for Women and Business to increase workplace gender equality and more effectively harness the talent of women employees. As an extension of former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s Women in the Workplace Initiative, the CWB was able to get more than 100 organizations to join the challenge.

This segment is part of an ongoing series with Bentley and Bloomberg Radio that discusses topics related to millennial career preparedness and higher education, stemming from Bentley’s PreparedU Project.
