The Bentley Buzz

Connecting faculty and staff, one story at a time

falcon imageOn March 21, the Falcon community will come together to move Bentley forward and raise more than $650,000 — making this the biggest giving day in Bentley’s history and beating our best from last year. There will be many events and activities happening on campus to celebrate the day! You can enjoy a sweet treat at Donuts and Donors, stop by Falcons Forward Headquarters and walk away with some swag, toast to our efforts at the Pub Night and more.

Last year, 423 faculty and staff participated in Falcons Forward. Let’s beat our best this year when 450 faculty and staff come together to show their support for Bentley! You can give through payroll deduction with a one-time or recurring gift for Falcons Forward. When Falcons flock together, we make a bigger impact. Your gift will be included in any challenge you’re eligible for!

Create Well-being Programs with Us!

Bentley faculty and staff are encouraged to submit ideas for programs focusing on social connection and well-being that will help bring the new lounge in Copley North (currently undergoing renovations) to life. Slated to open at the beginning of the fall 2024 semester, the lounge will accommodate at least 35 people in an informal, comfortable space. Amenities will include a kitchen, a screen for video presentations, a soothing waterfall feature and comfortable furniture.

Do you currently run a program that would be enhanced by holding it in this space? Have an idea for a completely new offering that would enhance student well-being? Or do you simply have a passion or hobby you’d like to share with others? We want to hear about it! Fill out this brief form to share your thoughts. At left, see an artist's rendering of the planned space.
