The Class of 2028 has Arrived!

On Thursday, Aug. 29, Bentley heralded the arrival of nearly 1,100 members of the Class of 2028 with music, cheers and the unstoppable enthusiasm of Flex the Falcon.

After a busy, fun and emotional day of moving in and meeting new roommates and classmates, students and their families made the “Falcon Walk” to the Arena together for Convocation. There, they heard from academic leadership including President Chrite, Provost Paul Tesluk and Dean Andrew Shepardson, who all emphasized that students were entering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive community. Bentley photographers and writers fanned out across campus to capture the images and emotions of the day.

All About the Office of Student Success: A Q&A with Jane De León Griffin

You may have noticed that the office formerly known as Academic Services is now the Office of Student Success. Recently, Jane De León Griffin, associate provost for student success, sat down to discuss the name change and how it will affect students, faculty and staff. She also gave us the inside scoop on how a $1 million anonymous grant will help drive student success outcomes.

New Insights from the Bentley-Gallup Partnership

The third annual survey from the Bentley-Gallup partnership is yielding interesting insights about Americans' views on business. While the full 2024 results from the Bentley-Gallup Business in Society Report will launch on Sept. 12, you can get a "sneak peek" and read a new article about the findings published by our partners at Gallup.

How to Watch Bentley Sports Livestreams This Year

The Northeast10 Conference has joined with FloSports to livestream the conference’s games starting this fall and give student-athletes from Bentley and the other NE10 schools a larger audience. FloSports college programming reached more than 38 million people last year. Five other Division II conferences and Division I leagues such as the Big East are also on FloSports.

The cost to sign up is $9.99 per month (or $5.99 per month for an annual subscription) when signing up with an email address ending in .edu. Subscribers will also be able to watch livestreams of the men's hockey team, which plays in the Atlantic Hockey Conference. All of the revenue generated will be reinvested into NE10 member schools and the conference. To sign up, visit the FloSports website.
