The Center for Women and Business at Bentley University will present its 12th Annual Gearing Up Conference on Friday, June 16 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Gearing Up focuses on the unique needs and aspirations of early-career women with targeted workshops, keynotes, and networking opportunities. Registration is now open for both individuals and corporate sponsors.

The focus of this year's conference is Charting Your Path to Success. Many young women become discouraged about career prospects and success during the first decade of work. Gearing Up will empower these young women with skills and insights to reach higher and successfully navigate the corporate pipeline.

During this year’s intensive one-day event, attendees will hear from New York Times best-selling author Dr. Tasha Eurich, organizational psychologist and researcher, on “Making Leaders Awesome.” They will participate in dynamic workshops led by experienced practitioners and experts on critical topics such as:

  • Negotiating at Work: Turn Small Wins Into Big Gains
  • Great Minds Think Unalike: Leveraging Gender Intelligence to Transform Cultures
  • Managing Challenging Conversations
  • Reaching Higher: Preparing for Senior Leadership

Gearing Up also provides a unique opportunity for young professionals to build a network of talented young women committed to supporting each other in the workplace.

Please join us for an inspiring day of programming.
