Bentley University’s Center for Women and Business will present its 10th annual Gearing Up conference for professional women in the first decade of their careers on Friday, June 19 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This year's theme, “Lighting Your Path to Success” aims to arm women in the first ten years of their careers with tools to get ahead and skills necessary to add value to their company's bottom-line.
The intensive one-day conference includes keynote addresses from New York Times best-selling author and LinkedIn ambassador, Lindsey Pollak and founding director of Bentley’s Center of Women and Business, Betsy Myers. In addition, media relations expert and founder of Stone Communications Greg Stone will address how to deliver a convincing business presentation in his plenary session: Breaking the Mold: Communication Strategies for Women. Attendees will also choose to participate in one workshop or one set of panel discussions during each 90-minute session throughout the day.
