Day classes canceled & Evening classes will be held as scheduled

Due to the winter storm, day classes are canceled, and administrative offices are closed today (Thursday, Feb. 6). 

Undergraduate and graduate evening classes beginning at 5:00 p.m. or later today (Thursday, February 6th), including “G” block classes, will be held as scheduled. Visit our Emergency Updates page for details.

Michael J. Page, BSc (Eng), MBA, PhD, has been appointed by the Board of Trustees to be the next Provost of Bentley University.

"Mike has proven to be an outstanding leader for Bentley and in a short time, has truly helped guide the strategic direction of the institution," said Bentley University President Gloria Cordes Larson. "He continues to not only drive the planning for university progress but is also a champion of timely implementation. I look forward to his continued contribution to the success of the university."

Before assuming his role as Provost, Mike served as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Business at Bentley and the McCallum Graduate School. Prior to joining Bentley in May 2008, Page was the Dean of Post-Experience Programs of RSM Erasmus University and served as the Executive Director of the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) B.V., The Netherlands. Previously he was the Dean of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business, and also served a term as its Dean of Academic Affairs.

Page is actively engaged with the international management education industry, including the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), where he is a member of the Board and AASCB International, where he serves as the Chair of the Initial Accreditation Committee. He is also active in supporting development activities offered by the Central and Eastern European Management Development Association (CEEMAN). Mike is active in business school accreditation activities around the globe.

An internal review process is underway to find a new Dean of Business at Bentley and the McCallum Graduate School.
