Financial Times Ranks Bentley’s Master’s in Finance Degree #4 in the U.S.
Bentley’s Master of Science in Finance has been named one of the best in the world by the Financial Times, coming in at #4 among U.S. programs and #44 among the top programs globally. In the Financial Times’ 2023 Master’s in Finance rankings, Bentley stood out among the U.S. schools in multiple areas including:
- #1 for Aims Achieved
- #2 for Career Services
- #2 for Value for Money
- #3 for Alumni Network
Bentley is the only Massachusetts school to be included in the ranking, which focuses heavily on the success of graduates. The top ranking in the U.S. for “Aims Achieved” refers to the extent to which alumni achieved their goal in pursuing a Master’s degree.
“This is a significant ranking because it’s based on outcomes, how well our alumni are doing after they leave the program. Student experience and success are the top priorities at Bentley. It’s gratifying to see that our graduates cherish their Bentley educational experience and are very successful in the finance industry,“ says Dean of Business Sanjay Putrevu.
Students in Bentley's Master of Science in Finance get firsthand experience with industry tools and technology in the university’s Trading Room, which has an unrivaled collection of data feeds and analytical tools and is recognized as one of the world's leading centers for financial services training and learning.
“Our program gives graduates a competitive edge by emphasizing both theory and practice,” adds Dean Putrevu. “The faculty design their coursework so students gain the essential financial analytics and critical thinking skills, along with hands-on projects using the latest applications from world-recognized data feeds and analytical tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ and FactSet.”
