Founding Director of the Center For Women & Business Betsy Myers Hosts and Professor Raj Sisodia Speaks at TEDx New England
For the second year in a row, members of the Bentley community participated in TEDx New England, an off-shoot of the national TED conference centered around “Ideas Worth Spreading”.
This year’s event was titled “Reimagining America” and explored America’s role in the world, the country’s business model in the decades to come, and cutting-edge ideas in education, energy, entrepreneurship and other social systems on which America’s future wealth depends.
Betsy Myers, founding director of Bentley’s Center For Women & Business hosted the conference and Marketing Professor; Chairman and co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism Institute Raj Sisodia spoke. Last year Bentley President Gloria Larson was a speaker.
TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events happening around the country that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Tedx New England takes place at the WGBH studios and offers an impressive combination of speakers and performers who, in accordance with TED guidelines, will give the presentation of their lives in 18 minutes or less.
