The Women's Leadership Institute at Bentley University will present its fifth annual career advancement conference for junior professional women on Friday, May 7 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the Executive Dining Room in the La Cava Center at Bentley University.
This intensive one-day conference includes a keynote address by Ruth Bramson, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. In addition, attendees will participate in interactive workshops designed to enhance their "fitness" level in professional leadership skills. The day will also feature a luncheon panel of highly accomplished business women including Christine Cournoyer, President and COO of Picis, Inc., Shira Goodman, EVP, Human Resources at Staples, and Christine Manfredi, former SVP, Partner and Director of Investment Administration at Wellington Management, who will share their own experiences along their respective professional journeys. The panel will present three pairs of women; each pair will include a senior executive and a middle level executive from the same organization who will share their perspectives and offer diverse ideas and opinions from their unique hierarchical lenses.
