Description of Services Offered: Per a campus-wide agreement, NECS provides convenience copier services throughout the campus. Convenience copiers are strategically located to provide sufficient service at a reasonable cost to the institution. Each department is assigned a copy code for use on convenience copiers. Questions regarding copy codes should be directed to Procurement and Campus Services at 781.891.3456.
How to Place a Service Call: When a copier requires service, please call NECS at 1.800.321.6327 with machine location and ID number. Please be sure to specify your name and contact number, machine ID, machine location (building and room number), and nature of the problem.
How to Order Supplies: NECS monitors machine ink and toner levels and automatically replenishes as needed. To order staples, please contact NECS at 1.800.321.6327.

Convenience Copy Program
Guidelines for using Convenience Copiers:
- Use for copy work not exceeding 500 total copies or 15 minutes.
- Get to know the features each machine offers. Aside from producing the highest quality digital copies, all machines are capable of sorting, stapling, two-sided copying, and scanning to email in PDF format. If a copy job requires color, bond or other specialty paper, convenience copiers can be used. However, the paper must be supplied and loaded into the paper trays by the user. Also, remember to remove any unused specialty paper from the tray.
