Steven is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC with over 25 years of experience in private equity administration. Steven served as Managing Director/Co-President of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc., a NYSE listed company, which was acquired by Citigroup in 2007. He previously co-founded DML Fund Services, a leading administrator of alternative assets and DMLT, Inc., the creator of Investment Café, the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal that was acquired by eFront. Steven is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration, structuring and financial reporting. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. He was appointed to the Bentley board of trustees in 2019.
