Bentley’s Management degree is designed to develop leaders with technical prowess and people skills. We use case studies, team projects, computer simulations and experiential learning to connect your classroom work to the real world. You’ll become familiar with every step of running and leading a company—from generating new business to delivery, and every function in between.

All of our Management majors get global exposure. You can focus your degree in Global Management if that’s your passion, or you can choose other concentrations like Entrepreneurship, Human Resources, Leadership or Supply Chain Management. Career Success stems not only from technical experience and knowledge, but also from an understanding of your abilities, character, and emotions. This course aims to help you gain a sense of purpose, engagement, and well-being in your life and career preparation. Through concepts, self-reflection and experiential exercises, including mindfulness meditation, you will develop skills to: effectively navigate stressors and challenges you may experience in your career journey, and cultivate and maintain your personal well-being in your professional life.
