FAQs

How are speakers and topics selected for sessions?

The Bentley community is filled with experts in our conference focus areas, and we will be accepting proposals for sessions from late August through November 1. All proposals will be reviewed by the Alumni Conference Steering Committee.

When will speakers be notified if their proposal is accepted?

You will know by the end of the calendar year 2024. 

What are the requirements for speakers?

Speakers must be subject matter experts on the session they propose and have permission from their company to participate as a speaker. All sessions will be in person and 45 minutes to one hour in length.

When will registration open?

The conference schedule will be announced and registration will open in late February 2025.
