Current Open Positions

The E-Hub have several open positions. Because the E-Hub is rapidly growing, we recruit students who would like to be self-starters, contribute skills as well as ideas and initiatives, and help the E-Hub with organizing events, managing activities, capturing data and metrics, refining the web presence and communications with stakeholders, and much more. 

If you are looking for a position where you are working a few hours a week and merely following instructions, the E-Hub is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a position where you are building different initiatives, devising efficient mechanisms, and achieving deadlines (even as the goalposts shift), the E-Hub is for you. 

Here are the areas of skills and expertise that the E-Hub needs, described here as different roles: 

  • E-Hub Events Assistant: Assist in organizing and executing events along with use of platforms such as Canva, Adobe, Eventbrite, Drupal, Microsoft Exchange Suite, Google Drive and others - coordinating with the E-Hub team as well as several other stakeholders on campus - helping with the execution of events.
  • E-Hub Operations Assistant: Assist in organizing different aspects of the E-Hub operations including working with students, student clubs and other stakeholders with use of platforms such as the Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel as well as Adobe, Dropbox and others - coordinating with the E-Hub team.
  • E-Hub Content Design Assistant: Assist in ongoing design and maintenance of the E-Hub website and related (branding) assets such as forms, policies and others with use of platforms such as Drupal, Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, Qualtrics, Data Analytics platforms - coordinating with the E-Hub team and marketing.
  • E-Hub Communications Assistant: Assist in designing, executing and managing communication across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Email Announcements, Presentations and others - aimed at different stakeholders - for achieving goals such as greater participation from students, faculty and alumni.
  • E-Hub Student Expert Consultants: Assist different student teams pursuing their start-ups by contributing specific expertise such as marketing, experience design, tech design, branding, financial projections, business plans and much more.
  • E-Hub Assistant: Contribute to the E-Hub mission and assist the E-Hub Team by leveraging your unique knowledge, skills and abilities in a manner that we may not have anticipated yet (pitch your expertise to us!)
