Elevator Out of Service: Summer 2024

Updated August 1, 2024: We are happy to report that the elevator project has been completed and the elevator is back in service! Thank you for your patience while this important work was performed. 

The library’s elevator is undergoing scheduled maintenance this summer with work expected to be completed by Thursday, August 1, 2024. The elevator will be out of service while work is being performed.

If you need assistance accessing items from the upper or lower levels, please contact Library Services (libraryservices@bentley.edu or 781-891-2168) and we will retrieve them for you. Holds on items can be picked up at the Library Services desk on the main level of the library.

Ramp access to the main level of the library is available via the main entrance at the front of the building. The IT Help Desk entrance (near Jennison Hall) provides ramp access to the lower level of the library.
