Women's Leadership Program

A four-year program that empowers young women with the essential skills, real-world experiences, and confidence needed to advance into leadership roles. The program includes workshops, mentorship and networking, special leadership events, and a tuition award totaling up to $40,000. To apply, complete the supplemental short answers on the Common Application.

Center for Women and Business

The Gloria Cordes Larson Center for Women and Business (CWB) is dedicated to advancing workplace diversity and young women like you. Our student programs focus on critical workplace diversity issues and strategies for self-advocacy and inclusive leadership. Such programs include fellowships, networking and living communities. 

Other Involvement Opportunities

Women on campus enjoy leadership development opportunities, including Bentley Women's Network, Student Government, First-Year Seminar Facilitators, Orientation Leaders, Resident Advisers, Service–Learning Program Managers, and more.

Economic Model

Neyheymee Mondiere ’23, a Business Economics major, is a senior adviser, modeling director, and intramural volleyball captain at Bentley. She's successfully balanced internships at EY and Mineral Tree with a modeling career, even gracing the New York Fashion Week runway.
