Celebrating Global Partnerships: CWB Joins Erasmus Center for Women and Organizations for 10th Anniversary Conference in the Netherlands
Dr. Yaro Fong-Olivares, Executive Director, and Dominique Wilburn, Director of Programs and Communication, participated in the 10th Anniversary Conference of the Erasmus Center for Women and Organizations (ECWO) in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The CWB leadership team co-facilitated the session Inclusion in the US and the EU with Ewout Goudsmedt of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, exploring how DEI and gender equity approach in the United States, and Europe can inspire global innovation. The CWB was joined by Bentley professors Mike Page and Wiley Davi, highlighting their commitment to advancing gender equity and inclusive leadership worldwide.
Empowering Future Leaders: CWB Partners with Boston Scores to Boost Confidence in Young Women+
As part of Bentley University's new partnership with Boston Scores—a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering urban youth through soccer and team-based enrichment programs—the CWB helped host 52 middle school girls in November. In collaboration with Bentley’s E-Hub, Athletics, and First Generation Success department, the event provided an inspiring day of learning and growth where they participated in sessions on women's empowerment, featuring confidence-building activities like the "superwoman pose," an entrepreneurial workshop, and insights into Bentley’s support for first-generation students.
