Men of Alliance

Commit to Allyship

Students, faculty, and staff take the Men of Alliance Pledge and commit to meaningful action against gender bias and discrimination. This pledge is open to all genders who believe in gender equity.

Taking the pledge is the first step. Be sure to also explore the articles and resources for men as allies.

Who We Are

Men on campus who strive to improve gender equality at Bentley and in the workplace. The group works to end the misconception that gender equity is solely a women’s issue.

What We Do

Throughout the year, Men of Alliance hosts discussions and events to actively support gender equality. We focus on:

  • Creating partnerships with women’s groups on campus.
  • Raising awareness about workplace gender equity issues.
  • Investigating the impact of issues such as implicit bias, gender intelligence, confidence, campus culture, and privilege.
  • Sponsoring expert speakers from academia and industry to discuss the role of men as allies.

Join Anytime

  • Open to all students.
  • Open to all genders.
