Strategic Change Management | Self-Paced Virtual Program

Next Session: June 12th – July 31st | 2025

Program Overview

Strategic Change Management is an interactive, five-module program designed to help professionals lead change effectively through a people-centered approach. Participants will explore the human and neuroscience aspects of change, apply proven change management frameworks, and develop emotional intelligence to support teams through transitions.

Each week, learners will engage asynchronously with their cohort through guided discussions, reflection prompts, and interactive exercises while documenting insights in a structured workbook. Real-world case studies and the Diagnosis Challenge provide hands-on practice, culminating in a live, virtual showcase to reinforce strategies for sustaining lasting change.
