March 6th, 7th, 20th, 21st, April 3rd, and 4th, 2025 | Mini-MBA: Business Essentials Certificate Course develops learners for an innovation economy and empowers professionals to address some of the world’s most consequential challenges to make a positive impact with a strong business foundation. This is accomplished through an accelerated and comprehensive program that provides practical business insights and key business disciplines through interactive, in-person or virtual class sessions. Two-days a week (8:00-4:30PM) for 3-weeks, classes are taught by the same faculty who teach in Bentley’s graduate program, making it optimal for professionals interested in expanding their business knowledge to enhance their career potential and make an immediate impact. Through interactive team engagement with a cohort of peers, participants gain the strategic business skills and understanding needed in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing global business environment, while building a lasting network.

APRIL 10, 11, 24, 25, 2025 | This program provides leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively lead during times of change. Learners receive a certificate that is recognized as continuing education credits by SHRM.

April 11, May 9, June 6, 2025 | Bentley's Leadership Accelerator course is a leadership intensive aimed at career professionals, executives, and senior leaders with a minimum of 10 years experience and who are looking to shape their leadership skills in a strategic and transformational manner. It is designed to meet experienced leaders where they are at and includes 3 different leadership assessments, 4 hours of executive coaching, and 3 in-person and interactive classes focused on critical skills including leadership, influence, teamwork, collaboration, change, innovation, coaching and mentoring.

Strategies for Emerging Leaders is an intensive program providing professionals in the first decade of their career with the essential skills and competencies needed to successfully manage up and across organizations in today’s complex and changing world. Designed to promote the advancement of women, gender-diverse professionals, and those from historically excluded communities, the aim is to explore how to navigate the hidden barriers to career progression in a brave and supportive environment. Through interactive reflective activities with a cohort of peers, participants gain foundational leadership capabilities enabling them to understand and leverage their individual professional strengths, lead and influence across organizations, and effectively manage their relationships with managers, mentors, and sponsors to advocate for their career advancement.
