MS Finance Program to Offer All Classes in Hybrid Format
October 8, 2020
If you're interested in pursuing a graduate finance degree and require online flexibility, we've recently learned that our MS Finance program will offer all classes with online options moving forward using hybrid classroom technology.
The Graduate School has transitioned a great deal to ensure student safety while navigating challenges of COVID-19, currently holding classroom sessions in online synchronous and hybrid learning formats. Our hybrid classrooms are designed for students to either participate on campus or online through Zoom. When students attend class online, their Zoom cameras are displayed in the back of the classroom with a TA present working with faculty to assist with class participation.
Zoom breakout rooms are often used during class for students to further connect with peers in small groups. All hybrid classes are recorded for students to review specific concepts discussed as needed following each session. The below video demonstrates how Bentley is utilizing technology in the classroom for students to get the most out of their studies while maintaining a work life balance.
Bentley's MSF program ranks #2 among all U.S. programs in the Financial Times 2020 Master's in Finance rankings. Key factors to this ranking include average salary among Bentley graduates and our world-class Trading Room facility. The MSF also offers a STEM-based Financial Analytics path for students with focus on career outcomes such as risk analysis and financial technology.
