With innovative programs and personalized service, Graduate Career Services (GCS) partners with you to help you achieve your career goals.

Bentley career advisors help you make informed decisions about choosing, changing or advancing in your profession. Through an extensive array of online and in-person resources, you will develop skills and strategies to meet short- and long-term career goals. Other benefits are access to a global network of accomplished alumni and to leading employers who know and value the talents of our graduates.

Resources include self-assessment tools; the Graduate Career Development Intensive (GCDI) course which guides you in establishing a professional presence in-person, online and in writing; and BentleyLink, a web-based program through which you can apply for jobs and internships as well as schedule interviews with the many organizations that recruit on campus. In addition to the fall and spring career fairs for all students, GCS hosts Career Communities, networking events, and numerous other programs designed specifically for graduate students.

Audra Boni, BS ’88, Senior Associate Director
Directs career education and programming for full-time and part-time Masters in AccountancyAudit Analytics, Finance, Financial Planning, and Taxation.

Audra brings business experience to Bentley from public and private accounting as well as a recruitment perspective from her previous work in the staffing industry. Her past employers include Deloitte, Lotus Development Corporation, and Romac International. She spent a year in Japan with the JET Programme - - an experience that inspired her interest in all things intercultural. She provides support and guidance to our growing international student body via innovative career programming with culture as a central theme. In addition to holding a BS in Accountancy from Bentley, Audra is an alumna of the leadership-focused 2011 Fellows Program at The Partnership, a leading talent management firm.

Lucy Amello, Senior Associate Director
Directs career education and programming for all full-time, part-time and accelerated online MBA, and Masters in Human Factors in Information Design

Lucy brings 18+ years of recruiting and HR generalist experience from prior work with John Hancock Financial Services, Investors Bank & Trust, and Deloitte. Her areas of expertise — career development and training, cultural transition, orientation and on-boarding, and recruiting strategies — add valuable practitioner insights to her work. Lucy’s extensive corporate relationships developed through the years provide additional value for her advisees. She is multilingual and has traveled widely in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Her international experience includes living and studying in Brussels, Belgium.

Laura Aiken, MBA ’06, BS ’05 Associate Director
Directs career education and programming for full-time and part-time Masters in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Information Technology.

Laura has significant corporate experience working with Fortune 500 clients in her roles as a Senior Account Executive in National Accounts at Travelers Insurance and as a Client Relations Director at EdAssist, A Bright Horizons Company. She has worked closely with a broad range of professionals from actuaries and business analysts to insurance brokers and talent acquisition leaders, and is skilled in adjusting her communication style to creatively find ways to deliver measurable results. Her expertise includes career management, developing strong networking techniques, and building strategic partnerships with employers. Laura is a double Falcon, having received her MBA with a concentration in International Business and her BS in Economics from Bentley. She is passionate about working with students and professionals of all backgrounds and brings a global perspective having completed coursework in Belgium, India and Spain.

Kim Andrews, Graduate & Alumni Career Coach
Coaches both graduate students and alumni around career preparedness, as well as instructs GCDI

Kim is an accredited Business Etiquette Consultant, certified by the Protocol School of Washington. A graduate of Boston College, Kim has over 15 years of training experience, and served as the Director of Training at John Hancock Investments in the Mutual Funds Division, where she was involved in the recruiting, staffing, and training of employees across all levels of the organization. She began her time at John Hancock as an Inside Wholesaler, and managed several sales teams during her tenure. She has also held positions as a Financial Adviser at Morgan Stanley and a Teacher with Readak Educational Services. Since 2012, Kim has worked with corporate clients and in higher education teaching effective strategies for written, verbal, and nonverbal communication, empowering individuals to present the most professional image of themselves and the organizations they represent. She studied abroad in Paris, France, and is an advocate for cultivating Professional Presence to achieve career goals.

Anna-Karina Trilleras, Executive Administrative Coordinator
Assists graduate students and alumni with any and all inquiries

Anna-Karina brings more than 5 years of tailored project management, client relations, and administrative experience to the GCS Team. A former Talent Agent in the Boston area, Anna managed a roster of over 100 actors, helping each to secure assignments in the Advertising and Film & Television spaces, all the while offering invaluable 1:1 career development guidance and insight. She excelled in her client-facing role by securing over 700 video and print projects for her agency. Anna’s passion for mission-driven initiatives lead her to transition into Higher Education, where she began by supporting Boston College’s VP for Development, delivering an exceptional front-line, customer facing presence for the fast-paced Advancement executive. Since joining Bentley’s Graduate Career Services Team, Anna has excelled in executing high-level projects, including creating systematic processes for student & alumni engagement data and reporting, implementing staff-wide expense protocol and digital tracking, and producing media-driven deliverables utilizing Office 365. Anna holds a BA in Psychology and a minor in Film from Boston College.

Campus Recruiting Program

An active Campus Recruiting program connects graduate students with job and internship opportunities. Running from mid-October to late April, the program draws upward of 200 employers to Bentley each year, who conduct more than 4,000 interviews on campus.

Internship Program

Many students have been offered permanent, professional positions as a result of their participation in the internship program. Online Job Boards and Career Databases

Bentley offers BentleyLink, a web-based campus recruiting program for graduate students, and provides access to a host of other online job boards and career databases. See job search tools.

Library Resources

The Bentley Library is a great resource for researching career options, companies, and industries. Use a comprehensive and cutting-edge collection of books, journals and electronic databases such as the Company and Industry Research Guide.

Corporate Partnerships 

Bentley has thriving relationships with companies around the world, whose leaders often tap the expertise of graduate students and faculty. Student teams work with a faculty adviser to address relevant issues and offer recommendations that achieve specific goals for the organization.

Global Business Experience 

Global Business Experience courses feature a 10-day trip abroad offered during the semester break. Through company visits and meetings with business and government officials, graduate students expand their understanding of doing business in China, Turkey, Germany and other countries. 

Research Assistantship Program 

Candidates for the Masters in Human Factors in Information Design who are accepted to the Research Assistantship program work on client projects in the Design and Usability Center. Students collaborate with the center’s team of user experience professionals.
