A form must be submitted at least two week prior to the date of the scheduled move or arrival of a new hire (onboarding) to the Bentley campus. This applies to all faculty and staff. In the event an entire department requires assistance from Office Moving Services, each individual must fill out their own form.
Facilities Management will be checking this account throughout each day to ensure the timeliness of your request and the success of your move or onboarding (new hire). Call 781.891.2208 with any questions.
Move - Office Relocation
If you are planning to move from one office to another, please submit a MOVE form for all faculty and staff employees.
Onboarding (New Hire)
Please complete the onboarding (new hire) form for all new employees that will reside on campus, even in a hybrid capacity. The onboarding form should be completed at least 2 weeks (when possible) in advance of the employee starting at Bentley.
Offboarding (Vacancy)
For all employees (faculty and staff) that are leaving and no longer working at Bentley, please complete the offboarding form (vacancy). This form should be completed for all levels of employment (on campus, hybrid, remote).
