CAP Kick-Off
As the first phase of the annual CAP cycle, Kick-Off, is an opportunity for employees and managers to set clear expectations, develop thoughtful goals, and establish a routine of continuous feedback for employee development for the year.
Like all phases of CAP, the conversation around the employee's performance and development is most important and, the Workday task should not be submitted until the Kick-Off conversation between the employee and manager takes place.
