Each division has a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Our HRBPs play an important role in aligning strategy with business goals. The primary goal of the HRBP’s work is to provide strategic HR support to keep employees motivated, supported, engaged, and aligned with Bentley’s core values and mission. By understanding the unique needs of each department, HRBPs act as strategic advisors and partners to their respective divisions. From talent management and organizational development to policy interpretation, training and development, workforce planning, performance and change management, and more, your HRBP is here to support you at every step of the way.
