Programming and Meeting Spaces

Hundreds of meetings and events take place at the Student Center each year. Whether it's a small student organization meeting in the Bubble, a lively showcase in the Living Room, or a staff meeting in the Back Bays, the Student Center is full of life and energy.

To reserve a meeting space in the Student Center, visit or call the Business Center.

Bentley Bubble

The Bentley Bubble is designed for Bentley’s 100+ recognized student organization to meet, brainstorm, connect and program. Organization members can use the meeting rooms surrounding the Bubble for meetings with their board members, committee members or small working groups. These spaces are only available to student organizations and can be reserved online using EMS.

Back Bays

The Back Bays are program and meeting spaces for student organizations and departments. As one large space, it's great for dinners, showcases, training, parties and other larger scale programs. Divided into three smaller rooms, the space can be used for student group meetings, small events, and staff meetings when other space in the building is unavailable.

Harry’s Pub

Harry’s Pub is a social destination for Bentley students. Meet and mingle with friends, attend a program, or watch the game at the Pub. It's a sought-after destination because of its vibrant and fun bar atmosphere.

Harry’s Pub is open from 8:00 p.m. to building close seven nights a week — with bar and alcohol service on Wednesday through Saturday night from 8:00 p.m. to 1 a.m

Living Room

The Living Room is a comfortable space for relaxing, playing games, grabbing coffee with friends, holding casual programs or meetings, and for late night social opportunities. The space is often active and contains pool and ping pong tables, with free equipment rentals from the Business Center (located on the Third Floor).

Meeting Rooms

The Student Center has a variety of meeting rooms and study rooms throughout the building. Please note: meeting rooms in the Bubble are only available to recognized student organizations.

Staff and faculty can reserve meeting rooms online using EMS.

Study Rooms

Meeting rooms in the Living Room are intended as Study Rooms and are available to all students. They can be booked online or by using the electronic touch panels at the entrance to the Living Room.
