We are proud to present the First-Generation Faculty and Staff Directory. As part of Bentley University’s commitment to supporting first-generation students both in and out of the classroom, we are leading the effort to compile and maintain an updated list of faculty and staff who are the first in their families to go to college. Additionally, you will find allies of the first-generation community who may not be first-generation but strive to intentionally support this amazing population at Bentley University.

We believe that highlighting the first-generation identity of faculty and staff members will not only encourage first-generation students to reach out and seek even more support on campus, but also creates space to build a larger first-generation community at Bentley University.
