For Women's Leadership Program workshops and event registration, we use Eventbrite event management. Please download the Eventbrite App to your smartphone and connect it to your Bentley email address. If you are already using Eventbrite with your personal email, please create a second account with your Bentley email.
- At the beginning of each semester, you will receive a personalized email that lists the Women's Leadership Program events you are required to attend with an Eventbrite link for each. To register for an event, you will click on the link and it will take you to event registration page.
- For some special events, such as Orientation, you will receive an Eventbrite invitation that will be sent directly to your email. In the email, you will be prompted to register for the event by clicking on the "Attend Event" button.
- The event page provides details about the event and a "Register" button.
- On the registration page, you will be asked to enter your information including name, email, and year of graduation. Please always use your Bentley email NOT your personal email.
- After you register for an event, a virtual ticket will automatically appear in your Eventbrite phone app. You will also receive an email confirmation.
- You do not need to print out your ticket. You can view your virtual tickets on your phone at any time.
- You are able to the add the event to your calendar directly from the ticket in the Eventbrite app or from the email ticket. Please be sure to add WLP events to your calendar to avoid conflicts and to remind you to attend.
- Prior to the event, you will receive email reminders from the program office, which include reminders about any prework. The Eventbrite app also reminds you via your phone.
- When you arrive at the event, GSSP staff will check you in to ensure we track your attendance at required program events.

Please note that our Eventbrite apps are private, so you cannot see them simply by going to the app. You need to either have the link or receive an email invitation.
