We are excited to welcome students to campus for the fall 2024 semester! Please see the information below to learn more about move-in instructions and traffic patterns for your specific move-in date and residential area. This information was also communicated to students via their Bentley email address.
New First-Year Students
Check-in Information:

Location: Main Campus (175 Forest St, Waltham, MA 02452)
Need: A license/photo identification to check-in and receive your Bentley Student ID
Please pay specific attention to your move-in timeframe as listed in your email and the Housing Portal. We cannot accommodate students to move into their rooms earlier than their assigned time.
This location can be put into a GPS, a smart phone, or website. The map below gives you an idea of how to get to Main Campus. Please note that you must enter at the Forest Street entrance. We recommend approaching the entrance from Trapelo Road (driving southbound on Forest Street).
As you pull into Main Campus, Residential Center staff members will greet you and provide you directions on how to proceed to your assigned building. Upon check-in at your residence hall you will be provided your room combination and Bentley University identification card. In order to help traffic flow smoothly, you will have 20 minutes to unload all of your belongings. Bentley has hired a limited staff of professional movers to assist with the move-in process. Please label all items with your name and room assignment (e.g. “John Doe, Slade 101”).
