Go to the New Books & DVDs page to view the new arrivals by subject or format. When you see something you want, click the “Request” button to place a hold on it.

Extended Study Hours Start Sunday, May 1

Extended study hours for final exams will begin on Sunday, May 1. The library will be open evenings until 2:00 a.m. (excluding Friday & Saturday) and will open at 6:30 a.m. on weekday mornings for all those early birds out there!

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. 

Monday, May 2 - Thursday, May 5:

Hours Alert! Library Closure Saturday, April 30 for Spring Day

The library was recently informed that this year’s Spring Day concert is being held on the Library Quad. Due to the high-profile nature of the artists that are performing at this year’s concert, and the need to completely secure the area, the library as well as all our building partners (the Writing Center and the IT Help Desk) will be closed on Saturday, April 30th. The IT Help Desk will be providing remote services from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Reading Day Relief - Snacks, Button Making, Flash Fiction & More!

The library is hosting three events on Reading Day to encourage you to take some time off from studying to refresh and recharge your mind and body. Stop by for snacks and drinks starting at 11:00 a.m. and stick around for a special flash fiction workshop and some button making! You'll also find a community jigsaw puzzle and words of encouragement board in the atrium throughout finals week. We hope to see you in the library as you finish up your projects and prepare for exams!

Library & Writing Center Research Party: Mon. April 25, 2-5pm

Working on your final papers, projects, and assignments? Have questions about research, writing, and citations? The Library and Writing Center invite you get help (and have a little fun doing it) at our research party!

Reference librarians and Writing Center tutors will be on hand in the Research Instruction Center (library room 011) on Monday, April 25, from 2:00-5:00pm. Drop in to get research and writing assistance, finish assignments, enjoy snacks, and socialize with fellow students.
