Summer Students, the Writing Center & ESOL Center are Here to Help!

Bentley University's ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Center and Writing Center are now open and accepting appointments from all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in summer session classes. Walk-ins are welcome (please check their hours before dropping in), but appointments are strongly encouraged. Use the appointment links provided below. Both centers are located on the lower level of the library. Please note that this summer the Writing Center is offering online (synchronous) assistance!

At the end of every academic year we rank the library’s most popular books, audiobooks, DVDs, and OverDrive downloadable ebooks and audiobooks based on the number of times they have been borrowed (excluding items placed on reserve for a class). May Acquisitions: New Books, Movies, and Audiobooks

Finally have some free time to catch up on your leisure reading? The library's new acquisitions lists are a great place to start browsing! We added more than 200 new books, DVDs, and audiobooks to the library's collections in May. Go to the New Books & DVDs page to browse the new arrivals by subject or format. When you see something you want, click the “Request” button to place a hold on it.

June is Audiobook Month!

The Bentley Library's collection of audiobooks is available for all your summer road trips! Weekend coastal drives or sitting in traffic waiting to get to the coast, in either case, listening to a good narrator makes the trip more enjoyable. Audiobooks are also great for taking long walks, gardening, sunbathing or just hanging out on the lawn.

Dedications in Appreciation to Our Class of '18 Student Assistants

It is a Bentley Library tradition to show appreciation to our graduating student assistants with a book or film dedication. Each student is invited to select an item that is meaningful to them, which is then affixed with a special bookplate in their name. A display of their selections will be available soon in the Popular Reading area.
