Internship: Santander Bank Portugal, Páginas e Metáforas

Kassidi Thompson '27 | Lisbon, Portugal | CIEE

“I am interning within Santander Bank Portugal in corporate division, Páginas e Metáforas, under the mentorship of its CEO, Nuno Simões. This summer we have been working to strategize new ways for Santander Bank to optimize their customer recruitment efforts across Portugal given a current budget. We did this by designing and launching several campaigns across various social media sites to increase traction to the bank's online course ecosystem, including Santander Bank Open Academy and Santander X. This involved conducting market research on regional competitors across Europe to derive new strategies to improve marketing tactics for Santander Bank Portugal to optimize return on investment in marketing.”
