Bentley University’s progressive role in sustainability is being highlighted with a campus event and planned commercial launch of new technologies supported by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

Coupled with the rich resources and staff of Bentley’s nationally ranked Center for Career Services, these informal meetings with alums offer current students a leg up on landing a job. 

The annual International Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB) Conference awarded Bentley University professor Marianne Kulow with the 2014 John Bonsignore Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Law Teaching.

Visiting Professor of Accountancy Lynford Graham received a 2014 Accounting Horizons Best Paper Award from the American Accounting Association (AAA) for the article, “Integrating Information Technology into Accounting Research and Practice.” 

In the most recent U.S. News & World Report rankings of America’s Best Colleges 2015, Bentley University is ranked #6 among “Best Regional Universities - North.”  Bentley is also ranked #51 among the “Best Business Programs” in the country.

Bentley welcomed the Class of 2018 to the university August 28 at a convocation filled with pomp and tradition and uplifting words of wisdom from President Gloria Cordes Larson and digital marketing strategist Shama Hyder, dubbed the “millennial master of the universe” by Fast Company.

Do business and politics mix? An undergraduate Public Policy major at Bentley University — one of only a handful in the U.S. — is advocating strong support in favor, as business-minded students make an impression on movers and shakers in Washington, D.C., and on Boston’s Beacon Hill. 

Can corporate governance help restore trust in business? The Harold S. Geneen Institute for Corporate Governance at Bentley University says “yes,” and is prompting global conversations aimed at finding out how to regain the confidence of a variety of important constituents.

Bentley University is named one of the country’s best institutions for undergraduate education in the just-published 2015 edition of The Princeton Review Annual college guide, “The Best 379 Colleges,” (Random House/Princeton Review). Bentley is also named among the guide’s Best Northeastern Colleges.
