Bentley is First University in Massachusetts to Receive IFRS Ready Grant Award from PricewaterhouseCoopers

On March 25, Bentley will host La Quinzaine de la Francophonie, a celebration of Francophone culture. Samba Gadjigo, professor of French at Mount Holyoke College, will present "Ousmane Sembene: Man as Culture," a discussion about the life and work of famous Senegalese filmmaker, Ousmane Sembene. A film screening of Sembene's acclaimed Senegalese film, Xala, will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Adamian Room 143, followed by Professor Gadjigo's lecture from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. (in English).

In the 2010 “Best Undergraduate Business Schools” rankings by Bloomberg/BusinessWeek, Bentley University ranks among the top 25 in the country.

To rank the undergraduate business programs, the magazine uses nine measures including surveys of senior business majors and corporate recruiters, median starting salaries for graduates, and the number of alumni each program sends to top MBA programs.

Bentley University Students Offer Free Income Tax Help to Waltham and Surrounding Community Residents

Bentley University students will once again offer free tax return preparation for residents of Waltham, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities, from February 13 through April 8 (with the exception of Spring Break, March 6-13). Geraldine Taylor the Recipient of the American College Heath Association’s E. Dean Lovett Award

The American College Heath Association (ACHA) recently named Geraldine (Gerri) Taylor as recipient of the E. Dean Lovett Award for 2010 for her contributions to the development of an exemplary college health program. This award will be presented at ACHA's 2010 Annual Meeting on June 4, 2010, in Philadelphia.
